How to Enroll at UEI Global

Complete Your New Student Application by:

• Contacting us: Fill out the enquiry form under the Counselling Request section. A counselor will contact you to schedule your personal interview. Alternatively, call your desired institute directly to book an interview and tour.
• Interview with our counselor: You’ll receive an institute tour and meet with the Deputy Director.

Rules & Regulations

Important Instructions

1. Read the prospectus carefully before filling the application form.
2. Application form should be filled in English by the candidate in their own handwriting.
3. Affix one passport photo on the form and attach 6 passport-size photos (not attested).
4. State name and communication address in CAPITAL letters. Provide permanent address.
5. Submit all documents as listed in Section F of the application form.
6. Do not leave any column blank. Admission is subject to eligibility.

Refund of Fees

Fees once paid are non-refundable. Only 50% of registration fees will be refunded if admission is canceled one week prior to class commencement. No refunds thereafter.

Cancellation of Admission

UEI Global reserves the right to cancel admission under the following circumstances:

• Failure to deposit fees by the deadline.
• Failure to join the program by the stipulated date after fee payment.
• Misbehavior or disciplinary issues.
• Indulgence in misconduct. Admission will be canceled and the student expelled.
• No fees will be refunded in such cases.

Right of Alteration/Modification

• UEI Global/University may alter the curriculum/subjects to maintain academic excellence.
• The institution may modify rules and fee structures as necessary.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi.

Payment

All demand drafts/cheques must be made in favor of UEI Global.
Certification is subject to full fee payment.
Government taxes/levies are extra as applicable.

Limitation Clause

No disputes shall be entertained after 30 days from the completion of the admission process. All students must adhere to UEI Global rules and regulations.

Terms and Conditions for Placements

After successful program completion, students will be offered 3 interview opportunities within 6 months. Students are expected to prepare actively.

Successful Completion Includes:

• Minimum 60% academic performance and 75% attendance.
• No disciplinary action during the academic tenure.
• Completion of all training/visits assigned by UEI Global.
• No fee dues or complaints.
• Default on even one installment disqualifies the student from placement.
• Students cannot choose preferred employers or locations.
• UEI Global is not obligated to meet compensation or employer/location preferences.
